Performance Crew
Ages 5–8 | Ages 9+
Our new Performance Crew program is designed for dancers who love being on stage and want more opportunities to perform throughout the season. This program gives dancers the chance to share their passion for dance in a variety of exciting community-based performances while continuing to build confidence, teamwork, and stage presence.
Program Overview
Performance Crew runs in two separate terms, allowing families flexibility while still giving dancers a full performance experience.
Term 1 Performances may include:

Community performances (such as a retirement home)

Local Santa Claus Parade

Holiday Show
Term 2 Performances may include:
-
Half-time show experience (e.g., Durham Fire Wolves or similar)

Studio Showcase

Year-End Recital
Training & Commitment
Dancers attend one 90-minute class per week in addition to at least one recreational class of their choice. Each class includes both technique training and choreography to prepare for upcoming performances.
To ensure a strong and successful team experience, dancers are expected to:

Maintain consistent attendance (maximum of 2 missed classes per term)

Attend all scheduled performances

Not miss the two weeks leading up to a performance
Performance Experience
Performance Crew dancers will train in a supportive, team-focused environment where they develop:

Confidence and stage presence

Musicality and performance quality

Teamwork and connection with fellow dancers
Additional Information

A Performance Crew uniform is required for each term

This program is open to dancers ages 5+

If schedule allows, intensive dancers may also add Performance Crew to their weekly training
