Choose from one of our exciting themes, and our qualified instructors will lead a 45-minute dance class in your choice of Jazz, Ballet, or Hip Hop, followed by themed activities and celebration time!

Bring your favourite stuffy and join us for a cozy, movement-filled picnic party! With gentle games, creative dance, and a touch of magic, this is the perfect first party experience for little movers (geared for age 7 and younger)

Glide through rainbows and sparkle with every step in this dreamy, magical party. Dancers twirl through enchanted music, play movement games, and let their imaginations fly. A must for unicorn lovers!

Step into the world of high-energy beats and epic moves! Dancers will channel their inner K-Pop heroes, learning fun choreography, striking fierce poses, and battling imaginary demons in an action-packed dance adventure. Perfect for kids who love music, movement, and a little bit of superhero flair!

Pricing & Packages

We offer two birthday party packages designed to keep things simple, fun, and full of dancing! Both include themed décor, a guided dance class, and plenty of memory-making moments.

Standard Party Package – $225 + HST

90-minute party for up to 10 dancers
(Additional dancers: $20.00 each)

Includes:

45-minute dance class in your choice of Jazz, Ballet, or Hip Hop
Use of our party room for games, crafts, and celebration
A small themed craft for each guest to enjoy
Themed décor, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery provided
You're welcome to bring your own dessert
Party themes to choose from: see above!

Premium Party Package – $375 + HST

2-hour party for up to 10 dancers
(Additional dancers: $25.00 each)

Includes everything in the Standard Package, PLUS:

Personalized loot bags for each guest (themed and valued at approx. $12 - $15)
A themed craft activity
Party invitations available for pickup at the studio
Pizza for each child (2 slices per dancer – additional slices available on request)

Important Birthday Party Details:

Pricing is based on up to 10 children. Additional guests are welcome at an extra cost (please refer to our party package pricing for details).
We kindly ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled party time.
For parties with children under the age of 8, a parent or guardian of the birthday child must remain on-site for the duration of the party.
Parents of party guests who choose to stay are kindly asked to relax in our lobby area, as party space is reserved for participants only.
Please note: Birthday parties do not have exclusive use of the studio. Other classes or events may be running in alternate spaces during your booking.
Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance, and are subject to availability.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to party date. We accept cash, credit (Visa/MasterCard), and e-transfers.
Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of booking may apply for late notice.
Party invitations are available for pickup at the studio 3 business days after booking and receipt of deposit.
Each party includes one Take 5 Dance instructor and a party assistant to ensure the fun runs smoothly.
We provide all required plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, for our premium packages – no need to bring anything extra!
Our premium package includes loot bags and are thoughtfully themed and valued at approximately $10 - $13 each.
Please note: We are unable to allow outside food for birthday parties with the exception of your party dessert. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our studio clean and allergy-aware.
