    Job Description:
    Take 5 Dance, a dedicated dance studio committed to the education and growth of dancers, is seeking a passionate and experienced dance teacher to join our fantastic team. As a dance teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students of all ages and skill levels in various dance styles.  We are looking for someone who is able to teach both recreational and intensive classes in all genres of dance.

    Responsibilities:
    - Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons in accordance with the studio's curriculum
    - Teach and demonstrate dance techniques, choreography, and routines
    - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
    - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
    - Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations
    - Collaborate with other dance teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive dance program
    - Stay updated with current dance trends, techniques, and industry developments

  • Requirements:
    - Proven experience as a dance teacher, preferably in a studio or educational setting
    - Strong knowledge and proficiency in various dance styles, such as ballet, jazz, tap, acro, contemporary, hip-hop, etc.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
    - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
    - Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for dance education
    - Relevant certifications or qualifications in dance instruction are preferred

Title: Administrative Staff - Dance Studio

Job Description:
Take 5 Dance, a thriving dance studio dedicated to the education and growth of dancers, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our administrative team. As an administrative staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio and providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and accurately
- Manage class registrations, placement, and account records using our studio management software
- Coordinate and communicate with dance instructors regarding class schedules, updates, and student information
- Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timely collection of fees
- Maintain and update student and staff records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Help maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including inventory management of dance supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other administrative staff members to ensure efficient studio operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with studio management software or similar systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude
- Knowledge or interest in dance is a plus, but not required
